Our Process
We follow a clear and systematic approach when sourcing products.
Here is our eight step process.

Initial Enquiry
Let us know about the product you require. The specifications, quantity needed, time lines etc.

Quotation
we will provide a quotation to you for the product, generally this is a delivered price with all duties included in the cost

Payment Plan Discussed
We will put a payment plan in place. Generally this will start with a deposit, and the payments spread over the project time frame.
04
Confirm the order
Once the order is confirmed, we will start the production process.

Production
A preproduction sample will be produced, and production will then commence

Quality Control
Quality check at the factory prior to product leaving factory

Shipping and Storage
Shipping via air, sea or truck will be arranged on completion of quality checks. Delivery will be directly to a location of your choice unless storage is required.
